Cute hamster thing.
Last night I had Nibs out for a wee hampage. I was lying on the couch letting him run around. Well, Mark leaned over to give me a smooch, and I swear Nibs was going to attack him! He stood up on my chest and began gritting his teeth at The Man. Since he's a Flying Hamster of Doom anyway, I really thought he was going to go airborne and eat his face!
My Nibs, Attack Ham! mwaaaa
Speaking of hams...one of the local emergency vet clinics is hiring...
Very tempting, no experience required. The only thing is that it's graveyard shift, but I think I can deal with that(especially w/ the solar hate I've got going on now). My real problem would be(since it's emergency/after hours) acquiring an even lower opinion of the human race. Just what I need, becoming even more misanthropic...Bah, I say. Wonder if they treat exotics *coff*hamsters*coff*. However, if they're easily accessible by bus, think I'll go ahead and apply.
Mark's new schedule starts this week. He didn't even get a day off, but only had to work a couple of hours on the weekend. Now that he'll have weekends off, I'm not so worried about having to be picky about jobs.
Although it doesn't look like I really have to worry about spending time with the kid. You may have remember past rantings about how damned many days off they get from school? Well, looks like they'll be getting even MORE!

W.T.F...I fail to see how this will be better for the kids. Looks like I don't need to work at a vet clinic to feel the Urge to Kill...Rising
